from diabetes ever since I was 18. I have used artificial
sugar in my diet but now I read an article that artificial
sugar is not good for health as it fools the body into believing
that the sugar is real, please advice if I should continue
using artificial sugar or not?
Ans 2) You can use sugar free (Sucralose) in less amounts
.If you take sugar free mithais very occasionally then its
ok ,otherwise sugar free mithais have enough fat so it requires
more insulin to get metabolised thus increasing sugar in
blood.
