Sonu’s tribute to Jackson

" Bollywood playback artiste Sonu Niigam to participate in the Jermaine Jackson’s tribute event"

Jermaine Jackson’s tribute to his late brother and American pop legend Michael Jackson is being held on September 26, at the Schonbrunn Palace, Vienna. Other artistes who will participate in the event are R&B singer Akon, Bollywood playback artiste Sonu Niigam, soul vocalist Natalie Cole and the boy band US5.

An excited Sonu says, “It must be a karmic connection with the Jacksons. Honestly, till I performed in Los Angeles last month, I hadn’t met any of Michael’s family. The universe has a way of bringing people together.

 

 

Like Mohammed Rafi saab,I’ve been a huge admirer of Michael Jackson as well. But I still can’t believe that I have an immediate connection with his family. At the concert, Jermaine and I hit it off, and before I knew he had agreed to perform with me to a song I had composed and written.
