With two albums and awards like Singing Sensation of Punjab in her lap and also making Rakhi Saawant gyrate to her tunes, here is S. Runjhun getting chatty at i-entertainment.org

Your album "Nigght Birds" was well received by the audiences, how does it feel to find success at such a young age?

It feels great, as if I m at the top of world. Well, it is a fruit of all the hard work that

What can the audiences expect from your new album? What kind of songs have you chosen to sing this time?

Firstly I'd like to tell you that this time I'm bringing out a Hindi album. We have captured different flavors of music ranging from hip hop to Sufi, slow rock to classical. I think every class of audiences will enjoy them. I have basically tried to show my versatility, so that my aim of entertaining people can be fulfilled.

You had Rakhi Saawant in the video of a song from your previous album, but in the present album you have acted in the video yourself, what made you take this decision?

Actually if we see with a broader view the need today is not only confined to singing. One definitely needs to have that X - factor in you. One has to be a complete performer as it adds colour to ones singing and personality. That is why I chose myself to be the focus in the video, so that I can bring out the performer in me.

After receiving awards like 'Singing Sensation' and 'Best Pop Vocalist', what are your plans for future in the music industry?

Ah! It feels very good to have won these two prestigious awards. Well I plan to be a great performer and a playback singer. The music industry is very vast, there so many things to do so I'll try to be a part of as many as I can.

This is your space, what message would you like to give to your listeners?

Message to all my listeners is that, think and dream big. Set high goals for yourself as the most earnest and enduring people have not only swayed their own destiny but also of the mankind.
