The curvy beauty of B-town, Shilpa Shetty is all set to embark on a new business venture after trying her hands into a whole lot of different things like cricket, spas, yoga etc.

Shilpa Shetty and her businessman fiancé Raj Kundra have invested 6 million pounds (approx. 33 percent) in the V8 Gourmet Group, an international Indian food company that includes Bombay Bicycle Club Kitchens and Tiffinbites among other brands.

Expressing her delight, the actress posted on her blog, "It gives me great pleasure to announce that Raj Kundra (fiance) and me have invested with the V8 Gourmet Group... Got to acknowledge the fact that Indian food is much enjoyed (chicken tikka masala becoming the nation's favourite) and has a huge market in Britain."

The beautiful actress who confesses to be a diehard foodie has launched a range of readymade gourmet meals named as ‘Shilpa’s Gourmet Creations’ in U.K. that will offer low fat chutneys, pickles and spices and is likely to hit the U.K. market by 2010.

However, Shilpa confirms that the spice range will be organic and include less than 10 percent fat. The food range will also offer lamb, fish, chicken and vegetable dishes.

The actress looks forward to expand the food chain The sizzling lady wants to propagate her love for cooking through these food chains as she simply loves cooking and finds it therapeutic.
