Zombieland

Zombieland can be termed as a horror-comedy, and one cannot really be affected by the horror element in the film but be sure to have some jaw-cracking moments. It isn't concerned about messages or metaphors or stern warnings about the future in which society is headed; it just wants to make you laugh and have a good time. In that sense, it's an unqualified success.

The Invention of Lying

The film revolves around people who always speak the truth and it slowly moves into the area of lies, which is based on the principle of religion that cannot exist in a world without lies and this factor culminates into a nice love story.The movie is a great attempt by Ricky Gervais, as writer, director and actor of the film he ha tried come out with his best and his brave move needs a round of applause.

A Serious Man

Larry Gopnik (Michael Stuhlbarg) is a physics professor at a 1960s university, and his life is coming apart at the seams. His wife (Sari Lennick) is leaving him, his jobless brother (Richard Kind) has moved in, and someone is trying to sabotage his chances for tenure. Larry seeks advice from three different rabbis, but whether anyone can help him overcome his many afflictions remains to be seen.

Tired of being pushed into beauty pageants by her parents, Texas teen Bliss finds herself after joining a female roller derby team.Well the story of the movie reads very conventional and most of it quite predictable too, but the way in which the clichéd story line is dealt with grabs all the brownie points.
